I appreciated this great hotel, it did not disappoint. My double room had modern conveniences, including coffee and tea making equipment, multi-channel TV, and a writing table. The staff was all kind.
The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.

The hotel is new in a very modern style. Rooms are big and all is perfect. Breakfast is also very good.

We liked the new modern design of the hotel and that the theme was even carried out in the silverware and the room furnishings. Everything seemed to be superior quality. We have enjoyed Dresden before but this was the nicest hotel we have used. The food in the dining room was also excellent.
We wish that there were choices other than the buffet for breakfast. It seemed costly and to much for our appetites.

The hotel was modern and peaceful and in a very central location. The breakfast was exceptional with high quality ingredients, and the food was outstanding! The service was great, including a fast check-in.

Really good rooftop cocktail bar with fine views.
Breakfast area lacks sufficient seating during peak hours.

Modern design, sense of open space, good size room, good sound proofing (no noises from services/other guests), pleasant atmosphere
During darkness in the evening the centre court looks like a black "hole". In particular when having dinner this is not attractive. Some lights in this area would enhance the setting.

Very friendly personnel. Despite very modern design there's still warm and cozy atmosphere

The rooms were very nicely furnished and air conditioned in general, with the windows open. The service was very good, the food was good.

The furniture and design in the room is very modern and still comfortable. I really loved the chair in my room. An advice: if you travel by car, the hotel parking can be very expensive (16 EUR a day). There's a terrain for public parking near the hotel (in front of the police station) and it's only 3 EUR per day on Sundays (or Feiertage) and 6 EUR per day from Monday to Saturday.
The buffet breakfast is quite poor for its category. The area is very convenient for sightseeing, but going out if you don't like to wear a pink polo shirt can be disappointing. For more alternative bars and restaurants, you must go to the Aüssere Neustadt (a tram is not far from the hotel).

Right at the city center but still calm place. Well furnished design hotel with nice staff.
Due to the current road construction it is difficult to find the garage entrance. The parking place is a bit tight.

Good, Good, Good
I was blown away by the spacious, modern room with a fine view of the city! The breakfast buffet was a divine spread, including everything from fresh pastries to Asian-style dishes that catered to all tastes. And let's not forget the rooftop bar-sipping cocktails while soaking in panoramic views made my evenings magical!

Had a blast with friends! The hotel is super close to the Frauenkirche and the Semperoper. We enjoyed the rooftop bar with amazing cocktails and views. Plus, the breakfast was excellent. Just a short walk to the Green Vault too, a highlight.
It led us to pay extra for parking without being informed beforehand.
